Corporate Event & Promotion
Introduction
Corporate Services Unit under the purview of UNIMAS Corporate Affairs (UNIMAS Corporate) oversees the following:
- Assist, monitor, advise and coordinate any official events or activities organised by respective PTJs
- Advise and coordinate the matters related to protocol standard as stipulated on the manual
The Unit also oversees the promotion of programs offered by UNIMAS at exhibition, roadshow and etc organised by agencies or external parties. In addition, the Unit also engage with the community such as students, parents and teachers for real life exposure on studies opportunities at UNIMAS. Simultaneously, making UNIMAS as the university of choice to pursue their tertiary studies.
Moreover, the Unit also manage and coordinate the courtesy visit made by external visitors to UNIMAS. The courtesy visit to UNIMAS also involved other PTJs to partake in coordinating the event. This would indirectly empower other PTJs to promote UNIMAS as a global brand.
